Crow Wing County has issued 2024 property valuation notices. If you have not yet received your valuation notice, please contact Crow Wing County Land Services at 218-824-1010.
In 2023, the Breezy Point City Council chose to not hold a local board of appeals meeting for years 2024, 2025, and 2026. Appeals to property valuations will be held directly with Crow Wing County during Open Book meetings to be held on Monday, April 29 and Tuesday, April 30 from 9:00am to 3:00pm. Meetings will be held at the Crow Wing County Land Services building located at 322 Laurel St, Brainerd, MN 56401. Please call Land Services 218-824-1010 to make an appointment.
